Services

RippleKeep provides review-growth and reputation support for local businesses. Services may include review request setup, automations, CRM configuration, messaging workflows, reporting, and related support.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate business, contact, and billing information.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact customers whose details you provide.
• You must not use RippleKeep to send unlawful, misleading, abusive, or spam messages.
• You must comply with platform rules, review-site policies, and applicable marketing, privacy, and communications laws.

Review Requests

RippleKeep helps businesses ask real customers for honest reviews. We do not sell fake reviews, guarantee specific review ratings, or encourage misleading review practices. Customers should be asked for genuine feedback without pressure or deception.

Messaging

Where SMS, email, or other messaging is used, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of SMS where supported, or use unsubscribe options in marketing emails where available.

Fees And Payment

Fees, billing periods, setup charges, trials, and cancellation terms will be confirmed before you purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, recurring services are billed in advance.

Third-Party Platforms

RippleKeep may depend on third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile, messaging providers, CRM systems, payment processors, and scheduling tools. We are not responsible for outages, rule changes, account actions, or failures caused by third-party services.

No Guaranteed Results

We work to improve review collection and reputation workflows, but results depend on customer volume, customer satisfaction, platform behaviour, client cooperation, industry, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of reviews, rankings, revenue, or leads.

Acceptable Use

You must not use RippleKeep in a way that damages our systems, reputation, deliverability, third-party accounts, or other users. We may suspend or terminate services if we believe use is unlawful, harmful, abusive, or likely to breach platform rules.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RippleKeep is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or services.
